At the threshold...
The
Cathedral Vidya School, Lonavala will be shortly celebrating their
Annual Graduation Ceremony for the IBDP [International Baccalaureate
Diploma Program] Class of 2019 and every year we see our students at
this threshold during this time of the year. This is a very emotional
moment for us as a school because these students are not only our
students but they are also our children who have lived here for years
making life at CVSL, #IBWorldSchoolPune an experience for all to
cherish. Each one of them is special and we are are going to celebrate
their academic and non academic excellence together. Most of them have
applied and obtained admissions in their dream universities to pursue
their academics in subjects they are passionate about. Years of academic
preparation and nurturing their young minds with confidence and
emotional well being helps them take the big step, all the more
confidently.
The #IBDiploma Program is not just an academic curricula but it is also an experience which gives students the wings to fly on their own. It makes them independent and optimistic in so many ways more than just academics. Moreover learning the same at a residential school grooms the students in a practical manner preparing them for their life at university and so much more. Our students are young children with strings of dreams and hopes, desires and visions and fresh minds. They are ambitious youth who are now ready to step into the world and live their lives as adults and be the #changemakers. Growing in a residential school, they have learnt life skills and lessons to live with as they take precious memories to cherish for a lifetime. We wish each one of them the best of blessings and opportunities to make their dreams come true. With their names etched as the #ibalumni of CVSL their alma mater will await their visits and be the home away from home for them.
